The Hawaii Department of Health has awarded Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC (HMS) a multi-year contract to conduct federal initial certification and recertification surveys, follow-up revisit surveys, and complaint investigations at Medicare-eligible health care facilities as requested by the Office of Health Care Assurance in accordance with established federal regulations and standards.
