Our first 20 years were an opportunity for the company to grow and mature, and for our employees to do the same. Since restructuring as an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2022, we continue to build on our legacy of protecting vulnerable populations — and we’re doing so in a way that benefits our employees, because as the company grows, they get to materially participate in that growth.

HMS team members comprise a national network of subject matter leaders serving clients throughout the United States and its territories, in a variety of roles that include data analyst, healthcare surveyor, medical record reviewer, and others such as healthcare and safety jobs, healthcare project management jobs, information technology jobs, and quality control jobs.

Our headquarters is located in Fairmont, West Virginia and we also have an office in Columbia, Maryland. And our field staff maintains a virtual-office connection from their homes as well as on the road during frequent travel to client sites.
