What We Deliver

How we conduct ourselves as a company has always been, and will always be, at the core of Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC (HMS). We hold certain core values near and dear to our corporate heart: integrity, honesty, respect.

In fact, HMS President Leah Heimbach has been known to tape a copy of our core values to the computer monitor of new team members. You will find those values listed on the very first page of this website.

Hiring Practices

Our hiring practices and policies reflect our values of diversity and inclusion. We adhere to both the letter and spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act. And we maintain strong recruitment outreach efforts with veterans’ organizations to attract people who have honorably served this nation.

Environmental Practices

Out of concern for sustainability, we have been transitioning to paperless work processes.

Community Service and Philanthropic Activities

HMS leaders and team members devote their time, talent and resources to improving the lives of others, and are deeply vested in aiding specific causes and populations.
